Baked Buckwheat and Whole Wheat Flour Donuts

Buckwheat healthy donutsIngredients:
1½ cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1 tbsp baking powder aluminum free
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup apples puree
1/4 cup almond milk
2 organic eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

Method:
1. Sift the flour and mix with baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg.
2. In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs, apple puree, vanilla and coconut oil.
3. Transfer the flour mixture into the blender and blend until dough is smooth.
4. Grease donuts pan, and fill to 3/4 height. Bake at 320F (160C) for 10 minutes.
5. Now it’s time to decorate 😉
