Gluten Free Amaretti Mini Donuts with Almond Flour & Almond Flour Chocolate Bites with Chocolate Chips

Almond gluten free donutsIngredients:
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup whole ground almonds
4 organic eggs
1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
2 Tbsp walnut oil
1 vanilla bean
1/2 tap amaretto / Almond extract
2 Tbsp coconut syrup
For the filling: Halva Almond paste

Method:
1. Beat eggs in a mixer bowl.
2. Add the vanilla, oil, almond extract and coconut syrup, and mix.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with ground almonds and baking powder.
4. Transfer the flour mixture into the mixer and unite all ingredients to smooth batter.
5. Grease and heat donut pans, and fill up to half the height.
6. Bake for 6-7 minutes until golden in a multi-function cake/donuts toaster.
7. Fill with Halva almond paste.
* You can bake it in an oven at 300F (150C) for 10-15 minutes.

 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup whole ground almonds
1/4 cup walnut oil / melted coconut oil
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
3 organic eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:
1. In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs.
2. Add the rice syrup and oil, and continue to swirl.
3. Add the almonds and almond flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
4. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
5. Grease and heat donut pans, and fill up to half the height. Bake for 10 minutes in a multi-function cake/donuts toaster.
* You can bake in an oven at 340F (170C) for 15 minutes.
