Vegan Oats Pancakes with Banana and Chocolate Spread

Ingredients for 5 large pancakes:
1 1/4 cups fast oatmeal
1/2 cup organic whole wheat flour
2 tsp. aluminum free baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups almond milk / hazelnut milk
1 tsp. natural vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup homemade nutella chocolate / organic cocoa spread
1. Grind the oats for 1-2 min.
2. Add flour, baking powder and salt, and stir.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for another minute.
4. Grease and heat a pancakes pan (use coconut oil).
5. Pour 2 tbsp. of batter and make a large pancake.
6. Fill the center with 1 tbsp. of chocolate spread. Cover the pancakes with an extra batter and fry until the edges are ready and you see bubbles.
7. Fry another minute.
8. Serve hot!
